Restorative. Responsive. Practical.
Designed for Real Schools.
At 2 Inspire Peace Inc., we believe professional learning should do more than provide information. It should equip educators with practical tools they can use to strengthen relationships, increase student engagement, reduce barriers to learning, support regulation, and create school communities where students and adults can thrive.
Since 2019, 2 Inspire Peace has provided school- and community-based learning experiences centered on restorative practices, mental wellness, social-emotional development, mindfulness, arts-based learning, student support, and positive learning environments.
Our professional learning experiences bring together education, restorative practices, mental health literacy, trauma-informed approaches, inclusive practices, regulation, and human-centered learning design to support the whole learning community.
2 Inspire Peace Inc. is currently seeking registration with the Texas Education Agency as a Continuing Professional Education (CPE) provider.
Professional Learning With Purpose
Our professional development is designed for educators who want learning that can move from the workshop into classrooms, campuses, and student-support systems.
Rather than relying solely on presentation-based professional development, our workshops incorporate opportunities for:
-
Inquiry and reflection
-
Collaborative learning
-
Case studies and authentic school scenarios
-
Individual, partner, small-group, and whole-group learning
-
Restorative dialogue
-
Practice and demonstration
-
Collaborative problem-solving
-
Implementation planning
-
Connection to student and campus needs
-
Continued learning and follow-up when included within the engagement model
Professional learning may be delivered face-to-face or virtually and can be customized to the needs, priorities, and existing systems of a school, campus, district, organization, or educational team.
Individual workshops are generally available in 1–4 hour formats, with opportunities to build multiple sessions into progressive professional-learning series, campus pilots, implementation partnerships, and extended professional-development experiences.

How We Learn Together
Our professional-learning model is grounded in the understanding that adults learn through engagement, relevance, application, reflection, and connection.
Depending upon the workshop, participants may move between:
Whole-Group Learning → Individual Reflection → Partner Dialogue → Small-Group Collaboration → Scenario-Based Problem-Solving → Practice → Whole-Group Processing → Implementation Planning
This structure allows participants to learn new concepts while actively considering how those concepts apply to the students, classrooms, teams, and communities they serve.
Flexible Ways to Partner
Professional learning does not have to look the same for every school.
