Hip Hop & Heal, The Summer Mix Tape takes popular songs to build lessons around the 12 Stages of Healing, cultivating a way of using the art as inspiration to authentically express themselves. The workshops offer diverse audiences a place to come and learn how to heal using research-based practices to bring a greater purpose to creating art with the intention to heal using the art of written expression, deep breathing exercises, art, media, and performing arts.
