ABOUT THE EVENT
In this immersive and engaging session, you will gain the benefit of taking time to self care to de-escalate and ground using sensory stimulation. We all face moments that elicit anxiety, and how we choose to calm our nervous system truly matters in determining whether we find ease. This session will improve stress resilience, emotion regulation, invite voice agency using hip hop references, offer creative expression, and introduce practices and tools to assist with maintaining ease holistically. Space is limited.
