The Art Inspired Wellness Sampler

Join us for an afternoon of self care and relaxation while supporting a great cause.

Be Natural Music Therapy and Wellness and 2 Inspire Peace Inc. will be partnering to offer a variety of wellness options including yoga, reiki, sound bath, massage, tai chi/qigong, and mindful movement.

Each 15 minute sampler will be offered for a $25 donation. All samplers for each experience will be available throughout the day. Sampler times will be available on the hour and half hour from noon to 5 pm.

Yummy heavy hors d’oeuvres will be included and provided by Catering Done Wisely with the purchase of a sampler.

Sample one, sample a couple, or sample all of them!!! Show up for yourself after enjoying the holidays, now is the time to be grateful for yourself.
