Earth Day Tree Planting & Serenity Garden Event

We are greater together, and it truly takes an effort from everyone to take care of our planet. The Awakened Foundation, Oak Cliff Veggie Project, Victory Gardens, Volunteering While Black and 2 Inspire Peace Inc kick off our #citytonature campaign by coming together to celebrate Earth Day while creating pathways to a more accessible way of attaining a sustainable lifestyle through the planting of trees and the creation of serenity and sustainable gardens.

Join us on Saturday, April 24th at 3 pm for free food, free water donated by Watertree USA, giveaways, facepainting and henna by BriiNoir, and the opportunity to assist us in planting our tree, serenity and sustainable gardens.

Victory Gardens will be offering a pop up opportunity to take serenity home with you. Check out the serenity gardens for purchase!!!

Volunteering While Black's own King Shakur will be our DJ creating the vibration for our experience. You don't want to miss this high vibe opportunity to ground, engage, and create!!! See you on the 24th!!!
